Two Zero Zero Nine (2009) marks the 8th year of Powerman Malaysia and the 4th year that the race will be blazing through the town of Seri Manjung PERAK.

INDIVIDUAL LONG DISTANCE : 11km Run - 64km Bike - 10km Run
(2 laps of 5.5km Run - 2 laps of 32km Bike - 2 laps of 5km Run)
TEAM RELAY LONG DISTANCE : 11km Run - 64km Bike - 10km Run
(2 laps of 5.5km Run - 2 laps of 32km Bike - 2 laps of 5km Run)
SPRINT DISTANCE : 5.5km Run - 32km Bike - 5km Run
(1 lap of 5.5km Run - 1 lap of 32km Bike - 1 lap of 5km Run)
Entah kenapa aku teruja nak join acara yang menyeksakan macam ni. Mungkin dah jemu dengan Jamboree MTB yang terlampau banyak dan boleh dikatakan setiap bulan ada penganjuran dibuat. How do i say..macam biasa sangat.....
Bulan November 2009, banyak masa lagi untuk training & ada masa nak kumpul duit beli roadbike, kena justifikasi betul2. Nanti bini tanya berapa harga bike, susah nak jawab tu..!!!!
