Mujurlah 7 penumpang (3 kanak-kanak) tidak parah.

Tak pasti berapa kelajuan sebenar kancil yang dipandu sehingga terbalik
setelah merempuh kereta aku..

Kedudukan kereta semasa accident - hampir melepasi simpang
sebelum dirempuh.

Menadah tangan mengucap syukur atas nikmat yang Allah masih kurniakan pada aku - nyawa orang yang tersayang.

Perempuan & Penampilan

Penampilan-suatu yang perlu dijaga. Ia melambangkan nilai dan peribadi seseorang itu, pandangan pertama dalam konteks sosial manusia. Penampilan aku cukup ringkas, tak pandai bergaya - berpakaian ala kadar janji tak serabut orang memandang. Cuma soal rambut aku selalu ambil berat, rambut panjang membuatkan rasa tak selesa dan perlu ke kedai gunting, mungkin sebulan dua kali dan kosnya RM8 bagi satu servis.

Aku menulis entry ini di Thomas & Guys Hairstyling Team menantikan wife yang sedang menjalani proses perubahan imej. Nak berambut pendek sebelum masuk labour room - katanya. Hampir sejam berlalu masih belum lagi muncul kelibatnya, proses perubahan imej memang memakan masa dan kos untuknya pula aku tak pasti.

Moralnya aku berhabis duit ke MTB dan hasilnya wajah yang semakin menawan, berkilau bagaikan permata hitam. Tubuh pula semakin berseni dengan hiasan parut akibat bergeser dengan tanah dan batuan. Perempuan pula berhabis duit untuk kecantikan-menjaga penampilan. Semakin lama semakin bertambah serinya.....

Akhlak yang sempurna - menyerikan pemakainya.

Hari ni, student baru UiTM register! Empat tahun lamanya aku menguruskan pendaftaran pelajar baru, hari ni aku berada di Putrajaya menguruskan hal isteri, juga menantikan orang baru. Anytime from now, entah hari ni, entah esok, takpun minggu depan. Berdebar dalam hati...

Sempat curi masa untuk layan PCP berkebetulan Kay n others ride di PCP, tq ajak ride sekali. Macam last week, tak sempat nak habiskan 1 loop dan kali ini tersangkut di extreme playground. Rudy & Ober (lagi sorang tak ingat nama) tengah layan drop, ermm menggegarkan iman aku untuk mencuba drop.

Hasil dari tunjuk ajar Rudy & Ober, akhirnya aku berjaya melakukan beberapa drop yang mengasyikkan....hehehee....next time wanna try big drop!!!

Thank you for being so friendly and looking forward for next chapter of riding, this week maybe? HAHAHAHA-doa jangan hujan lagi.

Like Pisang Panas, I’m sure MT Biker’s especially from Klang Valley won’t miss to register this remarkable event. It is true; we are still talking about PCC last time, suffering 60 km ride. So many things to talk about - the pain, the madness uphill, endless downhill......

It much easier to service Shimano hydro brake if compare with Juicy and Hayes. Actually I’m referring to the tools that can be used for this messy job, adding oil and bleeding air for hydro brake. To bleed Juicy, it needs specific tools that cost you a lot and I feel like not worth to buy it, besides it also hard to find in the market.

For those who own the Shimano hydro brake especially BR-M575, this is the tools that you need. DIY!

Bleeding Tools (Homemade)

1. Syringe 20ml – do some modification by putting the hose as shown in the picture.
2. Oil Funnel & Stopper (BR-M575 Only) – it comes with the brake
3. Shimano Mineral Oil
4. 7mm socket wrench
5. Plastic Bottle (Not shown) – used to keep flowing oil from the caliper.


It’s good to know how to service the brake by yourself, it’s not that complicated as long as you know what you are doing. Click Here for the instruction and I believe everybody managed to do it.

Dad and boy cycle 1,000km to enjoy cheap travel

KANGAR: An ex-serviceman and his 10-year-old son reached Padang Besar here after cycling for 1,000km for almost a week from Johor – all to see interesting places in the country via a cheap mode of travel.

Borhanaldin Ahmad (pic), 53, and Mohd Mufiden who had left Kampung Sungai Tiram, Johor, on May 30, on a tandem bicycle, were received by Perlis Tourism Committee chairman Ahmad Bakri Ali on Saturday.

The father, who had served with the 17th Battalion of the Royal Malaysian Army, said they cycled for about 12 hours during the day and spent nights at mosques or suraus.

He said they passed through Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Perak and Kedah before reaching Perlis. — Bernama

The Joy of Working was first published in 1985 is a motivation book by Denis Waitley & Reny L. Witt. I just gone through reading the prologue and it quiet impressed me on how the author come with the unique 30-day method for developing and sustaining a positive outlook on life and work. Good for encourage me….

I kidnapped this book from my mother in law collections last week and yet no time to finish it. Something more put me into, this DC Magazine cover page “ Godfathers of The Dirt “ the born of Mountain Bike. Story about well known MTB Riders, Charlie Kelly, Gary Fisher and Joe Breeze. Put aside The Joy of Working and get the dictionary. Nicely place my pillow on comfort and let this tale take me to witnesses the born of what we so called MTB.

Cuti-Cuti Malaysia 3

Segi Tiga Emas, KL dah macam Segi Tiga Bermuda. Lama sungguh aku tak jalan-jalan area sini. Imbi, Low Yat, Jalan Pasar memang tempat kunjungan tetap aku mencari bahan2 waktu kerja di Danau Kota dulu, after 4 yrs inilah first time aku jejakkan kaki ke sini as tourist....

Berkebetulan menghantar Family Mertua aku di Grand Millinium bersebelahan Lot 10, aku & wife gunakan peluang untuk melakukan senaman mata dan leher. Melilau mata melihat ragam manusia di sini dan wife aku melilau tengok sale di sana sini....Tq to Ayah mertua aku kerana sudi nak belanja arabic food.....

So tamatlah aktiviti weekend ni, early morning about 4.30 am tadi aku gerak balik ke Segamat. Berhenti di RR Seremban for prayer then Alhamdulillah sampai di office before 8. Biasalah Monday, mood nak kerja tu tak beberapa ada and mata ni berat sungguh, terasa melayang-layang....

Cuti-Cuti Malaysia 2

Sampai di PD dah kul 10.30 malam, lepak di lobby resort layan youtube sementara tunggu wife habis kursus. Keluar opis dalam kul 6.15 petang and it takes more than 4hrs nak sampai sini from Segamat. Termasuk berenti di Gemencheh cari makan di Pasar Malam dan yang paling aku tak boleh terima bila sesat jalan nak sampai resort ni. Signboard punyalah kecik macam manalah orang macam aku ni nak jumpa, pertama kali sampai sini..frust betul.

Awal pagi lagi dah bangun untuk layan swimming di kolam & laut tapi bila tengok pool penuh dengan manusia, tak jadi ler aku. Pantainya lak....errmm, kurang selera sikit.

So aku & mem decide layan blues tengok view dari tingkat 8 Glory Beach Resort ni habiskan masa before check-out kul 12. View memang melapangkan hati yang tengah gundah gulana, teringatkan pantai di TC.

Dalam Pertimbangan

Untuk mempertimbangkan sesuatu perkara itu bukanlah mudah yang disangka. Contohnya permohonan bertukar yang dihantar kali kedua ini masih dalam pertimbangan. Permohonan pertama dijawab dengan jelas, " tidak dapat dipertimbangkan buat masa ini" dan permohonan kedua ini dijawab dengan memberi harapan pada aku. Sekurangnya aku boleh berangan dapat tukar ke Shah Alam. Syukur..


Tapi hari ini aku rasa stress, kenapa? sebab masih belum dapat jawapan samaada dapat atau tidak bertukar ke Shah Alam. Meninggalkan wife sorang-sorang di Putrajaya bukanlah perkara yang senang dibuat, pedih rasa. Bila wife mengadu itu ini, nothing i can do..even nak buang sampah pun terpaksa tunggu aku balik hujung minggu. Aduhhh......

So masih boleh try speedo ni, walau bukan di xterra kuantan. Malam ni ke PD wife ada di sana berkursus sampai hari sabtu. Cuti-cuti Malaysia lah aku, enjoy pantai di PD sementara menunggu wife habis kursus. Best tu....

Xterra - Kecut Perut

Kurang 4 Jam 7 Hari lagi event ini akan bermula, perasaan masih lagi 50-50 nak teruskan or DNS ajer. Pertama aku kurang confident, tak cukup masa training esp berenang di laut china selatan (takut jaws), cuma dapat training berenang dalam bath tub ajer. Kedua keadaan wife aku yang tinggal 2 minggu lagi, apa pula kata famili dia nanti. Ke aku ni pentingkan diri sangat..? Ermmm kena fikir panjang tu.

Apa-apa pun aku masih ada masa lagi untuk buat keputusan, google dah dibeli, seluar renang pun dah ada walau dibeli di Giant. Sponsor power bar dah ada (Tq Miep) yang penting mintak izin betul2 dan kuatkan semangat.
