Two Zero Zero Nine (2009) marks the 8th year of Powerman Malaysia and the 4th year that the race will be blazing through the town of Seri Manjung PERAK.

Make sure you mark the 8 November 2009 in your racing calendar and start getting ready and excited for another hot, hot race.

INDIVIDUAL LONG DISTANCE : 11km Run - 64km Bike - 10km Run
(2 laps of 5.5km Run - 2 laps of 32km Bike - 2 laps of 5km Run)

TEAM RELAY LONG DISTANCE : 11km Run - 64km Bike - 10km Run
(2 laps of 5.5km Run - 2 laps of 32km Bike - 2 laps of 5km Run)

SPRINT DISTANCE : 5.5km Run - 32km Bike - 5km Run
(1 lap of 5.5km Run - 1 lap of 32km Bike - 1 lap of 5km Run)

Entah kenapa aku teruja nak join acara yang menyeksakan macam ni. Mungkin dah jemu dengan Jamboree MTB yang terlampau banyak dan boleh dikatakan setiap bulan ada penganjuran dibuat. How do i say..macam biasa sangat.....

Bulan November 2009, banyak masa lagi untuk training & ada masa nak kumpul duit beli roadbike, kena justifikasi betul2. Nanti bini tanya berapa harga bike, susah nak jawab tu..!!!!

Boleh ker tak boleh aku dah pun register online. Nak register pun jantung dah berdebar-debar belum lagi masa race. Mampu ke aku yang bukan bergelar athlete ni menghabiskan acara renang + biking + running dalam katogeri non pro?

Cabaran dah bermula, ada kurang 51 hari lagi untuk aku plan training tambah stamina, cuma perlu dapat lesen dari orang rumah dulu. Minta izin yer darlin!!!!

Only second to Japan to host XTERRA races in Asia, this will be XTERRA Malaysia's inaugural race, making it's debut on the XTERRA Global Tour calendar.

Unlike the usual street pounding races that people associate triathlons with, this XTERRA race is off road and involves swimming in the sea, mountain biking and trail running through the jungle.

A challenging race, the course will see triathletes starting off from the scenic Teluk Cempedak beach, swimming in the clear waters of South China Sea, mountain biking through the tropical jungle of Pahang and racing the hilly jungle trails to the finish line.

The race will comprise of the following:
1.5KM swim
30KM mountain bike
10KM trail run

Cash Prizes of RM100,000 & Trophies for Top 3 Winners of each category.
All finishers will be awarded a Finishing Medal and Certificate of Achievement.

Minggu ni jadi Duta PCP lagi untuk rider dari Segamat dan kali ni Zuraidi, pemegang record terpantas mendaki Bukit Botak di Jementah. " Memang World ", ayat pertama keluar dari mulut Zuraidi bila ditanya tentang trail dan aku rasa cerita ni tak habis sampai di situ kerana ada seorang lagi rider dari Segamat belum merasai nikmat dunia di sini.


Exam habis 10 May 2009, mungkin lepas tu arrange semula untuk bawak semua rider dari Segamat melenjan PCP dan aku bercadang untuk buat DVD, PCP MTB Park. Terfikir juga kalau hujung minggu aku bawak camera shoot footage then buat compilation mungkin ada rider yang berminat untuk beli. Generate income....$$$$$$$$$

Naza newbie but already advance in action

Plan asal untuk Segamat Rider (Zuradi, Epy ,Farok, Naza, Miep & Aku) melenjan PCP tidak kesampaian bila ramai yang tarik diri dan akhirnya Naza saja yang masih bersemangat untuk follow aku balik Putrajaya. Ride must go on..!!

Bila sampai di PCP parking area, Nash already there chatting with couple anak beranak from singapore, asking if they can join us (show the trail) for ride. Masa lepak ambik nafas borak-borak barulah aku tahu dia owner bike shop di Singapore, no wonder boleh pakai top end bike. Somemore i think he's ex-racer bila tengok gaya n stamina dia, tak terkejar aku.
